We are glad to announce the launch of our Housing Employment Mentoring (H.E.M.) Initiative! It is the response to the need to build a model of service continuum that best supports vulnerable youth ageing out of care in our community and on their journey to independence and competence. This initiative focuses on helping our youth to access and retain transitional housing, employment in high-earning careers and culturally responsive mentoring.
