We have a multi-step plan to accomplish our vision of a community where young people transitioning out of care build the capabilities to overcome barriers and become valuable members within their community. Oasis' Youth Life Coaching programs are an essential part of that plan. We work to empower youth by helping them focus on their strengths so they can create, meet and exceed goals in their lives. 

Our curriculum focused programs are formulated on self awareness and life design as a foundation for successful transitioning to independence. Our goal is to help them have the tools they need to take control of their own lives and destinies. Our methodology is one of experiential learning and self reflection, with the youth having the chance to act upon the material being shared and then have the time to reflect on it through journaling.
